What to Expect

Our spa services are of the highest quality: results oriented, effective, mindful, and tailored to meet your needs. Our tranquil environment creates an effortless transition into total relaxation, allowing you to surrender to the experience. A robe, sandals and locker are provided for all who are receiving multiple treatments or will need to use our shower. We welcome men and women alike. Minors must have signed consent from an adult. For privacy, you will be properly draped during your treatment.

Appointments

To make an appointment, you can call our spa directly at 208.634.9711, use the “Book Online” button at the side of the page, or email us at relax@spa-del-sol.com. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Although we suggest calling in advance, we can often accommodate same-day appointments.

Check-in

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation to allow time to complete our intake form and provide yourself the opportunity to ask questions and prepare for your treatment. Please inform us of any medical or special needs that require our attention.

Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice for individual appointments and 48 hours notice for packages of more than three appointments. Canceling or changing appointments for groups of three or more requires one week notice. Appointments canceled in less than the required time will be billed 75% of the published cost of each service. No shows will be charged the full cost of the service. Late arrivals will have that time deducted from the service.

Gift Certificates, Products and Refunds

In order to continue your spa regimen at home, products are available in our boutique. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Unopened products can be exchanged or returned for spa credit when accompanied by a receipt within 14 days of purchase.
